Students may not:

Violation may result in termination without refund.

4. Internship & Placement Disclaimer

Skillax provides internship exposure, career guidance, and placement assistance.

However:

• • Internship opportunities are subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
• • Placement assistance does not guarantee job placement for all candidates.
• • Career outcomes depend on individual performance, skills, attendance, market conditions, and interview performance.
• • Skillax shall not be held responsible for employment decisions made by third-party companies.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• • Respect trainers and peers
• • Complete assignments responsibly

Skillax reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct.

6. Limitation of Liability

Skillax shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect or consequential losses
• • Technical interruptions
• • External platform changes (Google, Meta, AI tools, etc.)

7. Modifications

Skillax reserves the right to modify course content, structure, tools covered, or faculty without prior notice to maintain industry relevance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
